Volunteer Projects
FUNJWA PRIMARY SCHOOL
The main needs in this deserving project centre on helping learners become self-sufficient. An extensive vegetable garden is in place and the children are fed from its produce. Volunteers will be able to add to this vegetable garden as well as help in improving reading and writing skills amongst the learners. Work needed on buildings includes adding steps to the assembly quadrangle and painting the classrooms. This project is ideal for academically-inclined volunteers who are unable to do a lot of physical work.
